Developed by Rockrose Development and designed by SLCE Architects with interiors by Slade Architecture, the building has 37 apartments available on NYC Housing Connect at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging from $68,229 to $159,640.
Construction is wrapping up on 21-59 44th Drive, a six-story mixed-use building in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by Z Architecture, the structure will bring 20 residential units, 2,600 square feet of retail space, and 361 square feet of community facilities to the northern corner of 44th Drive and 23rd Street.
The final exterior touches are underway on The Prime, a 120,000-square-foot mixed-use project at 22-43 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by SRA Architecture + Engineering and developed by Circle F, the 11-story building will yield 71 residences with interior design by Andres Escobar of Lemay + Escobar Architecture. The complex is located at the confluence of 46th Avenue, Jackson Avenue, and 23rd Street.
