Located between 102nd Street and 104th Street on Jamaica Avenue, the 104th Street subway station serviced by the J and Z trains is steps away from the residential project. Now, we have an exclusive first look at a new rendering for the 755-foot-tall and 67-story tower, and its impact on the neighborhood skyline as it rises above Long Island City, Queens. The Handel Architects-designed skyscraper is being developed by The Durst Organization and will soon contain 978,000 square feet of space.

Long Island City’s Future Tallest Skyscraper, Skyline Tower, Now Rising Above Street Level

Already several floors above street level in the heart of Long Island City, Court Square City View Tower, aka 23-15 44th Drive, is rising steadily towards its 778-foot tall pinnacle above Queens. The building will have 67 floors of residential living, and rise higher than the stepped crown of the Citibank building, aka One Court Square, which will make it the tallest building in all of Queens. CSCVT is currently the 22nd-tallest tower rising in the Five Boroughs overall, and is set to contain nearly one million square feet of space, with 802 units. The project is being designed by Hill West Architects while the developer is United Construction & Development Group.
