Alternately addressed as 21-18 44th Drive, the structure is designed by C3D Architecture and developed by Amsterdam Hospitality and will yield a mix of ground-floor retail space, 40 hotel rooms measuring around 250 square feet each, and 29 homes averaging just under 700 square feet apiece. The site is located along 44th Drive between 21st Street and 23rd Street.
