Designed by ODA Architecture and developed by Rabsky Group, the structure yields 392 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 100 units for residents at 60 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $33,498 to $77,340.
The Rabsky Group recently closed on a $72 million construction loan to complete a new high-rise residential building at 240 Willoughby Street in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Provided by SCALE Lending, the construction loan will also fund the renovation of an existing 21-story, 189-unit multifamily development within the same complex.

Located between Dekalb Avenue and Fulton Street, the through lot is also addressed as 623 Fulton Street. The site is within walking distance of the Dekalb Avenue subway station, serviced by the B, Q, and R trains and the Nevins Street station, serviced by the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. Rabsky Group under the 625 Fulton A LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction is finishing up on Bevel LIC, an 18-story residential building at 42-20 27th Street in Long Island City, Queens. The project is designed by ODA and developed by Rabsky Group with Durukan Design as the interior designer. Fiddler Realty and City View Living are in charge of marketing the property’s 202 units.
Permits have been filed for a 12-story mixed-use building at 34 Union Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Walton Street and Wallabout Street, the through lot is two blocks north of the Flushing Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Simon Dushinsky of Brooklyn-based Rabsky Group is listed as the owner behind the applications. In November, the developer filed permits for a neighboring lot.
