Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners and developed by Inspired by Somerset Development, the structure will yield 22 apartments, an indoor parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations, and 800 square feet of retail space.
The Dime Building at 275 South Fifth Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is now home to the largest ultra-fast electric vehicle (EV) charging hub in New York State. Building owners Charney Companies and Tavros Capital recently announced the deal with electric vehicle company Revel, which will also relocate its corporate headquarters to the development.

Project 19 High Line LLC is the owner and CORE Real Estate is handling sales and marketing for the property, which is located between Ninth and Tenth Avenues. Sales have launched and homes range in price from $1.15 million for a studio, while a three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom penthouse unit costs $7 million.
