Designed by Studio Libeskind and developed in partnership by RiseBoro Community Partnership, Urban Builders Collaborative, and Selfhelp Realty Group, The Melamid Institute for Affordable Housing, NYCHA, the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and the NYC Housing Development Corporation, the structure yields 190 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 99 units for residents at 50 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $0 to $60,050.
