The building will measure 12,696 square feet, which means units will average a rental-sized 705 square feet. David Silberman, who appears to be with Velocity Framers, is the architect of record.

Yaniv Shalom, president of Hillside Development, has filed applications for a four-story, two-unit residential townhouse at 1511 Pacific Street, in northern Crown Heights, three blocks south of the C train’s stop at Kingston Avenue. The building will measure 2,176 square feet and span just 16 feet across the vacant lot. One residence will occupy the bottom two floors while the second unit spans the top remaining space, with each unit averaging 1,088 square feet. Jamaica-based Banji Awosika Architect is the applicant of record.
