A six-story, 14-unit residential building under construction at 362 West 127th Street in Harlem — two blocks north of the 125th Street stop on the A, B, C and D lines — has reached four stories, Harlem+Bespoke reports. The building will measure 9,020 square feet, and units will be rentals, averaging just 645 square feet. The developer/property owner goes by 127 Holdings LLC, and Jock deBoer is designing.

Design Update on 470 Eleventh Avenue, aka Hudson Rise, Stalled Hudson Yards Mixed-Use Skyscraper

With the first of Related’s Hudson Yards towers now inching towards its pinnacle, it should come as no surprise that other developers with nearby sites are also beginning to move ahead with plans of their own. Kuafu Properties and Siras Development are building a 700-foot tall 42-story mixed-use tower at 470 Eleventh Avenue, between 37th and 38th Streets, and YIMBY has a fresh set of close-up renderings that also show some slight modifications to the “lantern-inspired” design.
