New renderings have been revealed for the rapidly progressing 112 Cooper Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Named Eleven2 Cooper, the 55-foot-tall development is sponsored by Hive Developers, a partnership of Tal Bloch, Aaron Yassin, Andrew Mokotoff, and Andy Bales. The architect of record is Pragnesh Surti. Aaron Yassin of ATMOS Design is the project designer and Tal Bloch is the general contractor. Sales will be handled by the Bethoney / Shen – BeSpoke team at Nestseekers International.

201-207 Seventh Avenue Rises Above Street Level in Chelsea, Manhattan

Construction is rising on 201-207 Seventh Avenue, a nine-story residential building in Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed by Amie Gross Architects and developed by New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development under the Chelsea HDFC, the 85-foot-tall structure will span 30,859 square feet and yield 26 affordable co-op units in studio to three-bedroom layouts, as well as 1,828 square feet of retail space divided among three tenants. A.A.D. Construction Corp. is the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 170 West 22nd Street and located at the southeast corner of Seventh Avenue and West 22nd Street.

18 West 55th Street Begins Ascent in Midtown, Manhattan

Construction is rising on 18 West 55th Street, a 26-story residential building in Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and developed and built by Skyline Developers, which purchased the property for $83 million in 2017 under the 18 West 55th Street LLC, the 289-foot-tall structure will span 152,084 square feet and yield 97 rental units with an average scope of 1,319 square feet, as well as 6,380 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and a 10,343-square-foot cellar level. The project is located on a formerly vacant interior lot situated next to the Peninsula Hotel between Fifth and Sixth Avenues.

New Renderings Revealed For 520 Fifth Avenue Supertall in Midtown, Manhattan

New renderings have been revealed for 520 Fifth Avenue, a 1,000-foot residential supertall skyscraper under construction in Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by Rabina, which took over from Ceruzzi Properties and SMI USA in 2019, the 76-story structure will span 415,000 square feet and yield 98 condominium units and commercial space spread across the ground floor and four cellar levels. WSP is the structural engineer, DeSimone Consulting Engineers is the façade consultant, and Suffolk Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the northwest corner of Fifth Avenue and West 43rd Street, one block north of Bryant Park.

Designed by Isaac and Stern Architects with GeT Architect as the interior designer and developed by Minrav Development, the 26,000-square-foot structure yields 15 residential units, a cellar level, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and a rooftop terrace. DCG served as the general contractor for the project, which stands on a 5,000-square-foot interior plot between Second and Third Avenues.

Designed by BKSK Architects and developed by MAG Partners in collaboration with Global Holdings, KRW Realty Advisors, Krown Point, and Safanad, the 275-foot-tall structure will span 170,000 square feet and yield 194 units, with 30 percent allocated to affordable housing, as well as ground-floor retail space, a cellar level, and a 30-foot-long side yard. 300 East 50th Street Owner LLC is listed as the owner and Urban Atelier Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the intersection of Second Avenue and East 50th Street.
