Renderings from GKA Design Group reveal a nine-story mixed-use property at 35-01 Vernon Boulevard Long Island City, Queens. The developer, Agayev Holding, is now pursuing zoning text amendments to permit construction for the nine-story building, which is located in an area currently zoned for three- to four-story multifamily buildings.
Exterior work is wrapping up on 212 West 93rd Street, a 14-story condominium building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by Eran Chen, head of ODA, and developed by Landsea Homes and Leyton Properties, the 65,000-square-foot structure will yield 20 residential units designed by GRADE New York and marketed by Compass. Homes are expected to range from one- to four-bedroom layouts, including some full-floor penthouses. 212 West 93rd Street will also contain space for the Shaare Zedek Synagogue, which will have its own entrance on the first floor of the edifice. The Vorea Group is the general contractor for the property, located near the corner of Broadway and West 93rd Street.
Leasing is now underway at Brooklyn Crossing, a new 51-story residential tower in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Located at 18 Sixth Avenue, the property is the latest building to debut within the 22-acre Pacific Park master-planned development zone.
Façade work is making progress on 2330 Broadway, an 18-story residential tower on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Welltower, Inc. and Hines, the reinforced concrete structure will yield 162 residences spread across 109,315 square feet, for an average of 674 square feet apiece. The property will offer supportive programming with a focus on memory care, and half of the units will be reserved for seniors with memory and cognitive disorders. Broadway 85 LLC is the owner and Hunter Robert Construction Group is the general contractor for the project, which is located at the corner of Broadway and West 85th Street.
The Newark Planning Board has approved an 11-building mixed-use complex located on the former Newark Bears & Eagles Riverfront Stadium campus. The 10.5-acre development site hugs the shore of the Passaic Riverfront and will be completed in nine distinct phases as CitiSquare Newark.
