Designed by S4Architecture and developed by The Ascend Group with Suffolk Construction as the general contractor, the property is located by the corner of East Broadway and Clinton Street and is among the tallest structures in the vicinity.
Construction is rising on 241 West 28th Street, a 22-story residential project in Chelsea. Designed by COOKFOX for MAG Partners, Atalaya, Safanad, and Qualitas, the 248,000-square-foot two-tower development will yield 479 units with 30 percent reserved for low- and middle-income households. King Contracting Group is doing the brick work and Urban Atelier Group is the general contractor for the complex, which is located between Seventh and Eighth Avenues.
Photos from Williams New York reveal a completed facade at 200 Amsterdam, a new 668-foot-tall condominium tower on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, the Art Deco-inspired facade, combines a mix of granite and limestone, ornate decorative panels, and dramatic oversized windows.

Designed by HTO Architect and developed by Madison Realty Capital, the structure yields 190 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 13 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $65,315 to $167,570.
Ranger Properties and KD Sagamore Capital have closed on a $40 million loan to complete a new multi-family rental building at 982-988 Fulton Street in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Financing was provided by SCALE Lending, an affiliate of Slate Property Group.
