Construction is complete at Hero LIC, a 22-story condominium building at 24-16 Queens Plaza South in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by Woods Bagot Architects and developed by Silverback Development, the 284-foot-tall tower features a striking Art-Moderne design and contains a mix of studios, one-, and two-bedroom layouts, many of which offer private balconies. It appears that work is on hold at 21-16 44th Drive, aka 21-18 44th Drive, a mixed-use property in Long Island City, Queens.
