Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 835 40th Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Located between 8th Avenue and 9th Avenue, the interior lot is steps from the 9th Avenue subway station, serviced by the D train. The site is also close to the southern boundary of Sunset Park. Yi Fei Fang under the 835 40th Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction is getting closer to completion at 180 East 88th Street, the tallest structure on the Upper East Side above 72nd Street. Designed and developed by DDG with HTO Architects as the architect of record, the 31-story building is located between East 87th Street and East 88th Street. Global Holdings Management is also part of the project’s development team.
Armand Legardeur Architect has revealed proposals to construct a roof-level penthouse at 186 Sullivan Street in Greenwich Village. Considering the property’s location in the Greenwich Village Historic District, any proposed work will need to be approved by the Landmarks Preservation Commission.

Developed by Happy Living Development and designed by Isaac & Stern Architects with interiors by Paris Forino, the 13-story structure is located between West 121st Street and West 122nd Street at the crossroads of Frederick Douglass Boulevard and Saint Nicholas Avenue. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales of the 155 units.
Exterior work is getting close to completion on 145 Central Park North, aka 145 West 110th Street, a 132-foot-tall residential building in Harlem. Designed and constructed by GLUCK+ and developed by Grid Group, the 13-story, 37-unit project is located directly across the street from Central Park between Malcolm X Boulevard and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard.
