Work on the 36-story, mixed-use residential tower dubbed One Clinton is continuing to make rapid progress in Brooklyn Heights, and the building’s warm-colored stone façade is now rising. Also known as 280 Cadman Plaza West, the topped-out, triangular-shaped structure is designed by Marvel Architects and developed by Hudson Companies. The 295,000-square-foot project will include 134 residential units and One Clinton Street Library, a new public library that will replace the former Brooklyn Heights Library. The superstructure is situated at the confluence of Clinton Street, Tillary Street, and Cadman Plaza West.

Located between Clinton Street and Attorney Street, the lot is four blocks east of the Delancey Street-Essex Street subway station, serviced by the F, M, J, and Z trains. Grand Street Guild Housing Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction at 200 Amsterdam Avenue has topped out. The residential skyscraper stands 668 feet high above the Upper West Side and has secured the title of tallest structure in the neighborhood, if only temporarily. The 51-story building is designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects and developed by SJP Properties. CetraRuddy is the lead interior designer for the 283,000-square-foot project.
West Egg Development has released renderings of a ground-up, five-story residential property in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located at 110 East 53rd Street between Winthrop Street and Clarkson Avenue, the building replaces a two-story single-family home and an associated rear yard.
