As the Long Island City boom continues into the end of the decade, several projects that were permitted back in 2014 are approaching their opening day. Among those is the 43-story 29-22 Northern Boulevard, located across the street from Dutch Kills Green Park and Queens Boulevard. Today, we have a fresh rendering for what it will imminently look like, as well as word that it has received an official name of ‘ALTA LIC’. The building’s address has also been modified, from the original 29-26 Northern Boulevard.

New Rendering Revealed For 1,045-Unit Bronx Point Complex, South Bronx

A new rendering has been released detailing a multi-use structure located in the South Bronx. The property which is currently owned by the city is one of the largest in its possession, and is situated on the Harlem River waterfront just north of the 145th Street bridge, adjacent to the Major Deegan Expressway. The New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) has partnered with the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), as well as Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) in their development of the property.

Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed use structure at 2741 Fulton Street, in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. The site is two blocks away from the Van Siclen Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Nine blocks to the West is the Broadway Junction Subway Station, serviced by the A, C, J, L, M, and Z trains. Fulton Developers will be responsible for the project.
