Installation of 25 Park Row‘s curtain wall is nearing completion, with only a few portions of the 50-story Financial District skyscraper’s superstructure remaining to be encased. The 702-foot-tall mixed-use tower is designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by L+M Development Partners, along with the family behind J&R Music World. Sales for the 110 residences are ongoing and are being handled by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.

Plans for a Hampton Inn at 110 East 149th Street in The Bronx have been scrapped according to new designs revealed by Dattner Architects. The forthcoming development will instead debut as a mixed-use commercial structure comprised of ground-floor retail with five floors of office area above. The building will top out at six stories and is expected to debut by 2020.

YIMBY recently went on a hard-hat tour of Madison House, aka 15 East 30th Street The slender 805-foot-tall tower is topped out as the tallest skyscraper in NoMad, standing 62 stories tall, and creates a distinct multi-pointed crown and silhouette on the Midtown skyline. The residential building is designed by Handel Architects, while Fosun Group and JD Carlisle are responsible for the nearly 300,000-square-foot development. Douglas Elliman is handling sales and marketing.
