Work Begins On Five-Story, 154-Key Marriott Hotel At 5 Executive Boulevard, Yonkers

Kansas-based True North Hotel Group has broken ground on a five-story, 154-key Marriott hotel at 5 Executive Boulevard, in northern Yonkers’ South Westchester Executive Park. The hotel group is partnered with the property’s owner, Robert Martin Company, and the structure will be the developer’s second hotel in the business park. The $24.5 million project is expected to be complete in mid-2016, according to News12 Westchester.

96-Unit Mixed-Use Development Planned At 35 Valley Avenue, Elmsford

Robert Martin Company plans to build a 110,000 square-foot mixed-use building on the vacant parcel of land at 35 Valley Avenue, in Westchester County’s Elmsford. The building will have 96 market-rate units, and 11,500 square feet of retail will be located on the ground floor. The project is in the process of acquiring tax exemptions, according to Westfair Business. In 2012, a single-story structure was removed.
