It will measure 8,778 square feet in total, which means units will average 1,097 square feet apiece. Ruslan Goychayev’s Brooklyn-based RSLN Architecture is the architect of record, and permits were filed in September to demolish an existing two-story house.
Property owner Jack Schwartz has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building at 1430 55th Street, in Borough Park, two blocks from the 55th Street subway stop on the D line. The building will measure 6,845 square feet, which means the full-floor units will probably be condominiums, averaging a spacious 1,710 square feet. Ruslan Goychayev’s RSLN Architecture is the applicant of record, and an existing 2.5-story house must first be demolished.
