YIMBY has a first look at yet another new five-story commercial-office building coming to Williamsburg, at 96 North 10th Street, located right in the hustle and bustle of the flourishing neighborhood. The site is just a block away from East River State Park, with panoramic views of Manhattan, and Smorgasbord on Saturdays. The Bedford Avenue L stop is five blocks away. Acme will be responsible for the development.
Going east into the Long Island town of Mineola, a large 312-unit residential and mixed-use project developed by Sabre Real Estate has its first renderings. The building is called One Third Ave, and has 1,600 square feet of available retail space left at the southwest intersection of 3rd Avenue and 3rd Street. The property sits one block away from the Mineola Train Station, making it less than forty minutes away from Midtown. Steven B. Jacobs is the designer of the building, with units coming in one- to three-bedroom spreads with private terraces for penthouses.
The Queens neighborhood of Flushing is in for yet another new development at 144-74 Northern Boulevard, where a seven-story apartment complex with 100 residential units and ground-floor retail will soon rise. Sabre Real Estate Group is the developer of the project, and Ismael Leyva Architects is the designer. YIMBY first reported on the site when applications were filed late last year, and today, we have the first renderings.
