Flushing-based KP Developers has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 59 West 128th Street, in Harlem. The project will measure 8,000 square feet and its residential units should average 642 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. The 5,272-square-foot building will rise on a 16-foot-wide, 1,665-square-foot vacant lot. One of the apartments will be located on the ground floor, while the second will take up the second through fourth floors. With the residential space divided as such, the ground-floor unit would measure roughly 1,055 square feet, and the larger unit would measure 3,164 square feet, which means condominiums would be in the works.
