Rents along Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights are heating up fast, and new residential construction is finally starting to catch up. YIMBY discovered this rendering on the fence at 730 Franklin Avenue, where a six-story apartment building is in the works.
An LLC has filed applications for three two-story, two-unit residential buildings spanning the vacant lots at 4220-4224 Hill Avenue, in the Bronx’s Wakefield neighborhood. Six units will be split across 6,540 square feet of residential space, and Sion Hourizadeh is the architect of record. The site’s single-story predecessor was demolished in 2010.
