SJP Properties and Scotto Properties celebrated the topping out of M Station West, a seven-story commercial building in Morristown, New Jersey. Designed by Gensler, the structure will add 260,000 square feet to the M Station complex, joining the six-story, 120,000-square-foot M Station East, which was completed in July 2022. The developers are aiming for LEED certification.
Helsinn, a global biopharmaceutical company, recently moved into a new 25,000-square-foot office space completed by SJP Project Solutions at 200 Wood Avenue South in Iselin, New Jersey. Located on the building’s first floor, the specialized workspace now includes multiple conference and meeting rooms, dedicated training spaces, open collaboration areas, a wellness room, and a private outdoor terrace.
SJP Properties and PGIM Real Estate have completed significant upgrades to 470 Park Avenue South, a 12-story commercial building in Midtown, Manhattan. Facing both 32nd and 33rd Streets, the structure offers approximately 300,000 square feet of office and retail space.
