Naftali Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
It appears that Robert A. M. Stern Architects‘ 220 Central Park South is finally reaching full completion. The 950-foot-tall, 67-story residential skyscraper tower stands between Seventh Avenue and Columbus Circle and features 593,000 square feet of some of the most expensive living space in New York City. Vornado Realty Trust is the developer of the $1.4-billion-dollar project and expects a $3.4 billion sellout. SLCE Architects is the executive architect, while Thierry W. Despont is the interior designer.
Curtain wall installation has begun at 611 West 56th Street, aka 823 Eleventh Avenue, a 37-story condominium building in Hell’s Kitchen. Located near the Hudson River at the northwestern corner of West 56th Street and Eleventh Avenue, the 450-foot-tall project is designed by Portuguese architect Alvaro Siza and is being developed by Sumaida + Khurana and LENY, with SLCE as the architect of record. Gabellini Sheppard Associates is in charge of interior designs for the 80 units.

Located across the street from The Brooklyn Hospital Center, the lot also fronts Ashland Place with the address 180 Ashland Place. Nearby is the DeKalb Avenue subway station, serviced by the B, Q, and R trains, as well as the Fulton Street station serviced by the G train.
SLCE Architects has revealed a new rendering for 115 East 55th Street, a 185-foot-tall residential project underway in Midtown East. Developed by Zeckendorf Development, the 18-story project will rise directly adjacent to the eastern elevation of Norman Foster’s 425 Park Avenue.
