EPOCH Senior Living and National Development recently celebrated the grand opening of Waterstone on High Ridge, a residential community for seniors. The property is located at 215 High Ridge Road in Stamford, Connecticut and offers a mix of independent and assisted living residences, homes for residents needing dedicated and memory care, and a collection of health and wellness amenities.
Earlier this week, EPOCH Senior Living revealed the first renderings of Waterstone on High Ridge, a forthcoming senior community in Stamford, Connecticut. The residential campus will feature 146 residences for adults 62 years of age and above.
RXR Realty is set to move ahead with the second phase of Atlantic Station in downtown Stamford, Connecticut after securing a $97.5 million construction loan. The 26-story mixed-use project is located at 355 Atlantic Street and 405 Atlantic Street, just a short walk from Stamford Transportation Center.
Today YIMBY has the latest on RXR’s imminent opening of Atlantic Station in Downtown Stamford, Connecticut, but that isn’t the only news out of the city. Yesterday was the groundbreaking event for yet another new rental, by Urban Ready Living ( i.e. URBY), which will be building its fourth iteration, following others in Staten Island, Jersey City, and Harrison, NJ. The development occupies a 4.3-acre lot, and is being built by Ironstate Development Co., in a joint venture partnership with Brookfield Property Group. Stamford Mayor David Martin also participated in the event, and expressed joy for finally filling the space he referred to as the infamous “hole in the ground.”
Downtown Stamford, Connecticut, is about to see doors open for a brand new luxurious 26-story glass high-rise mixed-use building. The new building is coming to 355 Atlantic Street and will be a major addition to Stamford’s downtown skyline.
