Staten Island-based Over Development LTD has filed applications for a three-story, three-unit residential project at 1150 Dumont Avenue, located on the corner of Milford Street in central East New York. The new structure will measure 3,676 square feet and its full-floor residential units should average 1,207 square feet apiece. That means the apartments will probably boast family-sized configurations. There will be off-street parking for two cars. Stanley M. Krebushevski’s Staten Island-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 3,675 square-foot property is currently vacant. The site is located 10 blocks from the New Lots Avenue stop on the 3 train.

Three Three-Story, Two-Family Houses Coming To 155 Crown Avenue, Woodrow, Staten Island

Staten Island-based Passarelli Construction has filed applications for three three-story, two-family houses at 155-163 Crown Avenue, in Woodrow, located on the southern end of Staten Island’s south shore. Each of them will measure 4,561 square feet and will contain full-floor residential units that average a spacious 1,382 square feet apiece. The ground-floor/basement level won’t contain any residential space, but will have mechanical equipment. Stanley Krebushevski’s Staten Island-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 138-foot-wide plot of land is currently vacant and will be integrated into the street during the development process.


641 Delafield Avenue

Eight Single-Family Houses Planned At 134 Elizabeth Street, Port Richmond, Staten Island

Alan Becker, doing business as an anonymous Staten Island-based LLC, has filed applications for eight two-story, single-family houses at 134-154 Elizabeth Street and 647-651 Delafield Avenue, in Port Richmond, located on Staten Island’s north shore. The houses will come in various sizes; beginning with the smallest, there will be two that measure 2,183 square feet in total, four that will measure 2,294 square feet, and two that will measure 4,589 square feet. The new homes will include off-street parking and basement levels. Staten Island-based Stanley Krebushevski is the architect of record. The 23,801-square-foot plot of land was subdivided in November. The site was once occupied by the burned-out House of Miracles Church until it was demolished last December.
