Morace’s Staten Island-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 10,000-square-foot site’s two-story predecessor was demolished earlier this month. The New Dorp stop on the Staten Island Railway is six blocks away.

Across both buildings, there will be a total 7,264 square feet of commercial space. The project will contain a mix of retail, office, and warehouse spaces. That means family-sized apartments are likely in the works. Each structure will also come with a 200-square-foot, single-car garage. James V. Morri’s Staten Island-based JVM Architect is the architect of record. The 75-foot-wide, 9,375-square-foot property was occupied by a two-story house until that structure was demolished over the summer.
