Stern Architects with Hill West Architects as the architect of record, Alchemy Properties is the developer of the site, and Stribling Marketing Associates is managing sales for the building’s 31 condominiums, which average 2,700 square feet apiece. A teaser site has launched for 76 Schermerhorn Street, aka The Symon, a 12-story building that is currently under construction in Brooklyn Heights. The structure will yield 59 residences spanning one- to four-bedrooms apiece. Several units, including three penthouses, will have their own private outdoor space. Eugene Colberg is the architect of record, while Studio DB is the interior designer for the residences, amenity spaces, and the curtain wall. Lonicera Partners, Orange Management, and The Davis Companies are the three developers for the property. Sales are being led by Stribling Marketing Associates. Pricing for the units has not been revealed yet.

There are two- to five-bedroom units with prices ranging from $3.8 million to $15.7 million. The site is located two blocks from the 1 train at the 79th Street subway station.
YIMBY has the latest on progress at the Robert A.M. Stern Architects-designed 250 West 81st Street, on the Upper West Side, which has finally topped-out at 209 feet, right on schedule. The new building fits neatly in the neighborhood, with a myriad of classical sensibilities embellishing the façade as well as the interiors. Alongside the topping-out, a slew of new interior renderings have also been revealed.
YIMBY initially reported on 350 West 71st Street, on the Upper West Side, when plans were filed in 2016. Now, we have the first glimpse of the final product. DNA Development is responsible for the project which is converting and combining two properties, one of which is a landmarked single-room-occupancy hotel, into far more spacious condominiums.
