Exterior work is nearing completion on Plank Road, a 27-story residential building at 662 Pacific Street in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Formerly addressed as 37 Sixth Avenue, 495 Dean Street, and 664 Pacific Street, the 209,451-square-foot structure is designed by Marvel Architects and developed by The Brodsky Organization and will bring 312 rental units to the Pacific Park complex. The rectangular parcel is located between Dean and Pacific Streets.

18 Sixth Avenue’s Glass Façade Installation Wraps Up in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn

Curtain wall work is getting close to completion on 18 Sixth Avenue, a 49-story residential skyscraper in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Designed by Perkins Eastman and developed by The Brodsky Organization and Greenland Forest City Partners, the 532-foot-tall, 740,000-square-foot building will yield 858 rental units, of which 258 will be dedicated to affordable housing. The project towers over the adjacent Barclays Center and is the tallest building in the 22-acre Pacific Park master plan. The rest of the development will be constructed atop the currently exposed train tracks to the east that run parallel with Atlantic Avenue. Lemay + Escobar is designing the interiors, including the main lobby, the apartments, the corridors, the outdoor terrace and the amenities.

Designed by Perkins Eastman and developed by The Brodsky Organization and Greenland Forest City Partners, the 532-foot-tall, 740,000-square-foot building will yield 858 rental units, of which 258 will be dedicated to affordable housing. The property sits directly adjacent to Barclays Center and is bound by Atlantic Avenue to the north and the corner of Sixth Avenue and Pacific Street to the east. 18 Sixth Avenue is the tallest building in the 22-acre Pacific Park master plan and will eventually be joined by a corridor of future buildings running down Atlantic Avenue over the train tracks to the east.
