Three-Story, Two-Unit Townhouse Planned At 147 Saint Felix Street, Fort Greene

Property owner Alireza Esmaeilzadeh has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit townhouse at 147 Saint Felix Street, in southern Fort Greene, located across the street from Atlantic Terminal and 11 different subway lines. The building will measure 3,364 square feet in total, with one unit occupying the first floor and a second taking up the second and third floors. Think Architecture and Design is the architect of record, and the site’s old three story building was demolished in 1999.

Five-Story, 165-Unit Residential Project Rising At 267 Rogers Avenue, Crown Heights

Last April, YIMBY reported foundation work was underway at 267 Rogers Avenue, in western Crown Heights, where Heights Advisors is developing a five-story, 165-unit residential building, and now the structure is three floors above the street level, per Curbed. Units will average a rental-sized 679 square feet. Think Architecture and Design is the architect of record, and completion is slated for later this year.
