Construction Wraps for Toll Brothers City Living’s 91 Leonard Street, in Tribeca

Construction has officially wrapped for 91 Leonard Street in Tribeca. The 19-story, 210-foot-high residential building is designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill and Hill West Architects, and developed by Toll Brothers City Living. Designed to architecturally reflect the iconic characteristic of traditional cast iron warehouses and lofts, the residential building’s dark-colored bronze and glass curtain wall makes it a handsome addition to the neighborhood. Whitehall Interiors is responsible for the building’s interiors.

Exclusive New Rendering Revealed For 77 Charlton in Hudson Square

YIMBY has the exclusive on a new rendering showing the current design for 77 Charlton Street, aka 82 King Street, set to rise in the Hudson Square neighborhood. Comprised of two buildings, the project is being designed by S9 Architecture & Engineering, the architect of record. Toll Brothers City Living is the developer for the new residential complex. 77 Charlton will stand 15 stories, rising 183 feet, and will contain 161 units. In total, the project will encompass just over 200,000 square feet of space.

OMA-Designed 121 East 22nd Street-122 East 23rd Street Almost Complete, Gramercy

New development is an infrequent occurrence in the East 20s, but from 121 East 22nd Street through to 122 East 23rd Street, Toll Brothers City Living is almost finished on their latest project, designed by the Office of Metropolitan Architecture. Tectonic stopped by the site for an update, and the latest progress shots show that the smaller of the two buildings is almost ready for its opening day.
