Urban View Realty has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 1257 Jefferson Avenue, in southern Bushwick, five blocks from the Halsey Street stop on the J train. The building will measure 8,400 square feet in total, which means units will average 1,050 square feet apiece. The two units on the fourth floor will also have access to a private roof terrace. Nataliya Donskoy’s Brooklyn-based ND Architecture & Design is the applicant of record. An existing two-story townhouse must be demolished prior to construction.

The building will measure 6,000 square feet, and at two per floor, units will average 750 square feet apiece. Woody Chen’s Elmhurst-based Infocus Design & Planning is the applicant of record, and an existing two-story house must first be demolished.
