The iconic Domino Sugar Factory has reopened as a 15-story, 460,000-square-foot Class A office space on the Brooklyn waterfront. Developed by Two Trees Management, the Refinery at Domino is the second commercial building on the 11-acre Domino Sugar Factory site in Williamsburg, after the fully leased Ten Grand Street next door.
Renderings from OPerA Studio Architecture are the first to reveal a new condominium building at 222 North 8th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. When the project was initially filed with the Department of Buildings, WSQ Global was the project’s developer.
Construction is complete on 276 Bedford Avenue, a two-story commercial building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by DJLU Architects, the 15,492-square-foot structure is situated on a 2,736-square-foot lot at the corner of Wythe Avenue and North 1st Street. Tri State Commercial is in charge of leasing and marketing the divisible retail space.
Construction is finishing up on 661 Driggs Avenue, a six-story mixed-use building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Bogue Trondowski Architect, the 15,910-square-foot structure will yield ten units spread across 11,720 square feet and 5,000 square feet of retail space for two tenants on the ground floor and cellar level. Brooklyn Rose LLC is the general contractor for the property, which is located by the intersection of Driggs and Metropolitan Avenues.
Othership, a health and wellness brand, will soon bring a bathhouse and spa to 25 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The new bathhouse will occupy 6,168 square feet and is the company’s inaugural Brooklyn location.
