Development Site At 169 Graham Avenue Could Yield Residential Building, Williamsburg

A building assemblage at 169 Graham Avenue, which includes 150 Meserole Street, in eastern Williamsburg, could yield a new 13,700 square-foot residential development. The 5,625 square-foot parcel was acquired in February for $7.5 million by SYG Realty, and permits to demolish the existing three-story structure at 169 Graham Avenue were approved in May. According to Brownstoner, new building applications have yet to be filed.

10-Unit Residential Building Planned At 4 North Henry Street, Williamsburg

Property owner Yoel Werzberger, head of Seventeen Monitor LLC, has filed applications for a four-story, 10-unit residential building at 4 North Henry Street, on a partially vacant property in northern Williamsburg. An existing three-story residential building, at the southwestern corner of the zoning lot, will stay, and the new 9,316 square-foot building will rise to the north. Nataliya Donskoy’s ND Architecture & Design is designing.

Revealed: Williamsburg Warehouse Conversion at 89 Grand Street

UPDATE: Reps have gotten in touch with YIMBY, noting that these renderings are now outdated, and that Morris Adjmi is now designing the building instead of AA Studio.

A residential conversion is in the works for a three-story loft building at 89 Grand Street in Williamsburg, and YIMBY has the first look at the planned three-story expansion and new two-story building next door.

Williamsburg Waterfront Property at 484 Kent Avenue To Be Marketed As Development Site

On the southern end of Williamsburg’s waterfront, a three-story commercial property at 484 Kent Avenue is about to hit the market as a development site, boasting 500,000 square feet of residential air rights. In 2011, the property was granted a zoning change to allow for three towers totaling 800 residential units, 30% of which would be affordable. Per Crain’s Business, HFZ Capital Group is interested in the property; the site is suspected to be valued north of $250 million.

Excavation Underway For Two Trees’ 16-Story Building At 325 Kent Avenue, Williamsburg

Excavation is underway for Two Trees’ 16-story, 522-unit building at 317-329 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg. The building will total 382,750 square feet, and 9,370 square feet will be set aside for retail space. It’s the first phase of the Domino Redevelopment project, and completion of the first building is expected in 2017, reports Brownstoner. SHoP is designing, and 105 units will be set aside as affordable housing.
