The developer filed applications yesterday for a 10-story condo building and five townhouses.
Zar Property NY is planning to expand the five-story, 45,000 square-foot building at 38 Greene Street, in SoHo, by two stories and 12,000 square feet. Per The Real Deal, the new space will accommodate a commercial-condo penthouse, featuring 4,000 square feet of private outdoors space.
