Seven-Story Expansion Of Treatment Center Tops Out At 25 Avenue D, East Village
The horizontal expansion of the seven-story building at 25 Avenue D, in the East Village, appears to be structurally complete, according to EV Grieve. Educational Alliance is building the expansion to their existing facility, which is used to treat adults with chemical dependancies. The new addition will be used to house patients, and according to filings, there will be a total of 37 units. The building has not yet received its façade, but a 2016 opening seems reasonable.
