Work is nearing completion on Brooklyn Point, the borough’s tallest skyscraper at 720 feet and number 19 on our countdown of the tallest construction projects underway in the city. Developed by Extell and designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with SLCE Architects as the architect of record, the 68-story residential tower is part of the City Point complex in Downtown Brooklyn and is formally addressed as 1 City Point and 138 Willoughby Street. The property will contain 458 units in studio to three-bedroom layouts, with interior design by Katherine Newman. Ryan Serhant and his newly established brokerage, SERHANT, will handle sales for the homes, which will range from $850,000 to nearly $4 million.

Designed by Pratt + Black Architects, the three-story townhouse would redevelop a partially vacant lot that is sandwiched between an existing single-story garage and another three-story, albeit shorter, single-family townhouse.

11 Hoyt Street’s Wavy Façade and Podium Approaching Completion in Downtown Brooklyn

Exterior work is getting closer to completion on 11 Hoyt Street, a 620-foot-tall residential skyscraper in Downtown Brooklyn and number 25 on our countdown of the tallest projects under construction in the city. Developed by Tishman Speyer and designed by Jeanne Gang of Studio Gang with Hill West Architects as the architect of record, the 57-story residential skyscraper features a distinctive wavy façade that makes a profound impact on the blossoming Brooklyn skyline. Michaelis Boyd Associates is leading the interior design for the property’s 481 residential units, which will come in 190 different layouts, and Edmund Hollander of Hollander Design is in charge of the landscaping for the building’s private outdoor green spaces. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is leading the sales and marketing for the residences.

One Bell Slip Closes in on Final Levels in North Brooklyn’s Greenpoint Landing

Construction is approaching topping out on One Bell Slip, a 368-foot-tall residential tower in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Brookfield Property Partners and Park Tower Group, the 31-story building will add 413 units to the 22-acre, ten-tower Greenpoint Landing riverfront development. The structure is rising just to the north of the completed 37 Blue Slip.
