Also known by its address, 120 Nassau Street, the newly completed, 33-story rental building is designed by Woods Bagot Architects and developed by AmTrust Realty, with interiors by BHDM Design.
One Clinton Street aka 280 Cadman Plaza West recently topped out at 36 stories over Brooklyn Heights. The mixed-use residential building is being designed by Marvel Architects and developed by Hudson Companies. The 295,000-square-foot project will include 134 residential units and One Clinton Street Library, a new public library that is replacing the former Brooklyn Heights Library. The tower is situated on a triangular-shaped plot at the confluence of Clinton Street, Tillary Street, and Cadman Plaza West. At 409 feet, it is currently the tallest structure in the neighborhood.
Recently released renderings from Starling Architecture reveal a forthcoming venue space at Fulton Ferry Landing Pier in DUMBO. The proposed site is located within Brooklyn Bridge Park and would be the second new concession on the pier.

Located between Prescott Place and Bancroft Place, the corner lot is two blocks south of the Ralph Avenue subway station, serviced by the A and C trains. Located between Clinton Street and Borough Hall in the Borough Hall Skyscraper Historic District, the development went before the Landmark Preservation Commission last month as reported by YIMBY. Both Brooklyn Borough Hall and Columbus Park Plaza are both just steps away. Also conveniently located is a major transit hub, with access to the 2, 3, 4, 5, and R subway trains. The Cayre Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
