Located between Flushing Avenue and Bushwick Avenue, the corner lot is two blocks east of the Flushing Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and M trains. Brooklyn-based property owner David Grunfeld is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Located in Greenwood Heights at 185 18th Street, a new upcoming residential building named Arbor Eighteen just launched sales. With eleven stories consisting of 73 condominiums, the project is designed by Isaac & Stern Architects with interiors carried out by Paris Forino. The developers are Adam America and CGI Strategies. Halstead Property Development Marketing’s The Aguayo Team is handling the marketing and sales for Arbor Eighteen.
Located between Vanderbilt Avenue and Underhill Avenue, 280 St. Marks Avenue is a newly finished residential project in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. This 80,000 square foot condominium project is surrounded by brownstones and brick townhouses and incorporates the architecture of the neighborhood into the faceted exterior facade. It is designed by DXA studio and was developed by DNA Development. There are 31 units in total.

Located between Stanwix Street and Bushwick Avenue, the vacant lot is just off major thoroughfare Flushing Avenue. Five blocks east of the Flushing Avenue subway station, serviced by the M and J trains. Juan Ramos of Southside United HDFC is listed as the owner behind the applications. The community organization offers resources in the Williamsburg neighborhood including affordable housing, tenant organization, community outreach, a senior residential center, and a local food pantry. They previously filed permits in 2017 for affordable senior housing at the same site.
The second tower at Greenpoint Landing is on its way to topping off sometime this spring. Addressed at 41 Blue Slip, the building will imminently stand 40 stories atop Greenpoint, on Brooklyn’s East River waterfront. The project is being designed by Handel Architects and developed by both Brookfield Property Partners and Park Tower Group. L+M Development Partners is the third developer of Greenpoint Landing, but is not involved with this particular skyscraper. The site is located just off of Commercial Street behind 5 Blue Slip, and sits about a quarter mile to the north of The Greenpoint, aka 21 India Street.
