Designed by DSM Design Group and developed by Marx Development Group, the 43-story tower is one of several new high-rise projects ascending to the north of Related Companies‘ first phase of Hudson Yards, across from the Jacob K. There has definitely been a huge amount of vertical progress and activity at the site of 555 West 38th Street. The rising reinforced concrete edifice is eventually going to culminate at a 570-foot-tall roof parapet and become a residential skyscraper in Hudson Yards. Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and developed by Rockrose with SLCE as the architect of record, there will be a total of 52 floors and 598 rental units. The property is found along Eleventh Avenue between West 38th Street and West 39th Street and is directly across from the Jacob K. Javits Center.

Three Hudson Boulevard Set for Vertical Ascent in Hudson Yards

Construction is set to rise at Three Hudson Boulevard, a planned $3 billion office skyscraper designed by FXCollaborative for both Boston Properties and The Moinian Group. The 56-story Hudson Yards development is expected to culminate with a roof parapet of around 940 feet and yield a total of 1.86 million square feet. The interiors will feature column-free floor plates, private outdoor terraces for select suites, and prime views of the Manhattan skyline, Hudson Yards, and the nearby Hudson River.
