Designed by DSM Design Group and developed by Marx Development Group, the 43-story tower is one of several new high-rise structures sprouting up around the Jacob K. Javits Center.

YIMBY has the exclusive reveal for new renderings of Ismael Leyva Architects’ 606 West 30th Street, a 545-foot-tall mixed-use skyscraper on the border of West Chelsea and Hudson Yards. Also referred to as Tower B in a two-building development along with 601 West 29th Street, the project is being developed by Lalezarian Properties and will yield 312,350 square feet. Of that, 192,780 square feet will be designated to residential space and 14,240 square feet for commercial use. The program will feature both condominiums and rentals, but the exact breakdown not been announced yet.
