The Union Township Planning Board has approved the fifth phase of Centurion Union Center, a sprawling mixed-use complex in downtown Union, New Jersey. The complex is the latest project from American Landmark Development, which has rebranded as LANDMARK.
Permits have been filed for a 17-story mixed-use building at 8 Stuyvesant Place in St. George, Staten Island. Located between Slosson Terrace and Hyatt Street, the lot is within walking distance of the St. George subway station and St. George ferry terminal. Madison Realty Capital is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 790 Liberty Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Liberty Avenue and Berriman Street, the lot is two blocks north of the Shepherd Avenue subway station, serviced by the A and C trains. Salvatore Mendolia of But Why Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Work is finishing up on 100 Vandam Street, a 25-story residential building in Hudson Square, Manhattan. Designed by COOKFOX and developed by Jeff Greene, the project involved the repurposing of a 134-year-old former power plant into the podium for a 300-foot-tall structure, and will yield 72 residential units and ground-floor retail space. Jili Properties is the property manager and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and marketing of the one- to four-bedroom homes within the tower, which is located at the corner of Greenwich and Vandam Streets.
SJP Properties and PGIM Real Estate have unveiled an expanded collection of amenities at 470 Park Avenue South, an 18-story office building in Midtown, Manhattan. The new amenity spaces include a rooftop terrace with views of the surrounding Midtown skyline, a ground-floor lounge that feeds into the building’s lobby, and a landscaped courtyard with ample seating, a bar, and a fire pit. The property is located between East 31st and 32nd Streets.
