Rabsky Group recently closed on $450 million in construction financing to complete 625 Fulton Street, a mixed-use high rise building in Downtown Brooklyn. Financing is provided by Madison Realty Capital and was negotiated by Galaxy Capital.
Foundation work has begun at 1841 Broadway, site of a 24-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Global Holdings Management Group, the 281-foot-tall building will yield 181,319 square feet and 173 units as well as 11,741 square feet of commercial space. Pavarini McGovern, LLC is the general contractor for the project, which will rise at the corner of Broadway and West 60th Street, just north of Columbus Circle and the southwestern corner of Central Park.
Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 172-10 Jamaica Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Located between 172nd 173rd Streets, the interior lot is closest to the 169th Street subway station, serviced by the E and F trains. The proposed building will comprise just over 207,000 square feet with a mix of market-rate and permanently affordable housing, ground-floor retail, and two levels of sub-grade parking designed to accommodate up to 195 vehicles.
