Designed by Marvel Architects and developed in a joint venture between ZD Jasper Realty and Ascent Development, the 136,648-square-foot structure will stand 300 feet tall and yield 13- condominiums and 15 parking spots on the first floor. The site is located off Jackson Avenue between Pearson Street and Davis Street, a short walk from the Court Square station that services the 7, E, M, and G trains.
A new 153,000-square-foot e-commerce distribution center will soon take shape in Hawthorne, a sparsely populated village within Mount Pleasant, Westchester County. The project is located at 211 Saw Mill River Road and is expected to create 1,000 construction jobs, as well as 100 full-time and part-time positions when completed.

Sam Sai Hospitality LLC is set to operate the 34,440-square-foot hotel.
The New York City Council has unanimously approved zoning text amendments to facilitate the construction of a new mixed-use development at 737 Fourth Avenue in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. The proposed project will create 134 rental apartments, ground-floor retail, and publicly accessible car and bicycle parking.
