Designed by Snøhetta, the 18-story hotel is managed by Graduate Hotels and will contain 224 rooms, while the four-story education center will feature a number of spaces for academic conferences, executive programs, seminars, and workshops. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill is the master planner and Hudson Companies, Related Companies, and Brookfield are developing the entire Cornell Tech campus, which sits just south of the Queensboro Bridge’s central span.
