Set to appear again before the city’s Landmarks Preservation Commission, Morris Adjmi Architects has revised its proposal for a mixed-use development in Greenwich Village. The project scope includes a new six-story building at 38 West 8th Street and renovations to a neighboring structure at 177 MacDougal Street.
Permits have been filed for two mixed-use buildings at 2750-2754 Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Harlem, Manhattan. The concrete-based structures will rise six stories at 2750 Frederick Douglass Boulevard and eight stories at 2754 Frederick Douglass Boulevard. Located between West 146th Street and West 147th Street, the lot is two blocks south of the 148th Street Lenox Terminal subway station, serviced by the 3 train. It is also situated three blocks east of the 145th Street subway station, serviced by the A, B, C, and D trains. Josef Goodman under the FDB 13 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Excavation is well underway at Erik Ekstein’s latest development in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The property is located on the corner of Broadway and Palmetto Street, and according to Ekstein Development, the official address will be 8 Palmetto Street.
Morris Adjmi Architects will appear yet again before the Landmarks Preservation Commission with proposals to construct a new mixed-use office development in the East Village. Located at 3 St. Mark’s Place, the property is positioned on the corner of 3rd Avenue and St. Mark’s Place. The draft proposals also include alterations to an existing structure at 4 St. Mark’s Place and the transfer of approximately 8,400 square feet of build rights to facilitate construction of the new office building.
Recently released renderings from Starling Architecture reveal a forthcoming venue space at Fulton Ferry Landing Pier in DUMBO. The proposed site is located within Brooklyn Bridge Park and would be the second new concession on the pier.
