“The Dime” is a new, mixed-use complex in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The 23-story project recently topped out, and is located at 209 Havemeyer Street. The building stands out among the surrounding blocks. Permits have been filed for a 45-story mixed-use tower at 606 West 30th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. Located between 11th Avenue and 12th Avenue, the interior lot is close to the 34th Street-Hudson Yards Subway Station subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Lalezarian Properties is listed as the owner behind the applications. In 2015, they acquired the warehouse on the property for $36 million.
Evolve Architecture & Design has proposed major alterations to the exterior façade of 686 Broadway in Manhattan’s NoHo Historic District. The structure will serve as a restaurant and tasting room for The Great Jones Distillery, an establishment founded by Proximo Spirits.
As construction continues on a new residential building at 199 Montrose Avenue, architects J Frankl / C Mallea Associates have revealed a new rendering of the rising structure. The development, financed by Ranco Capital LLC, replaces a long-vacant corner property in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Work on the reflective exterior glass curtain wall of 74 Trinity Place is now less than ten floors away from reaching the tower’s 424-foot tall roof parapet. Now topped-out 26 stories above the Financial District, the project is being designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and developed by Trinity Real Estate. Stephen B.
