The first phase, currently under construction, includes an approximately 500,000 square-foot science and research center with a central energy plant.

The project, currently under construction in upper Manhattan, will create two eight -story buildings totaling over 200,000 square feet. The new museum, located adjacent to the High Line Park on Manhattan’s lower West Side, will be a six-story, 185,000 square foot building including galleries, classrooms, art conservation labs and theatre facilities. Outdoor galleries on four levels of the building’s rooftops will provide exterior exhibition space.

Currently in the planning stages, this 42-story, 1.3 million square foot tower will be constructed above the north wing of the Port Authority Bus Terminal on 8th Avenue in Manhattan’s Times Square District.

The 55-story, 1.3 million square foot building occupies a full city block in midtown Manhattan. The base of this project contains the corporate offices of Bloomberg L.P. and retail space. The 25-story tower above contains 105 luxury condominium apartments.

Located in Manhattan's Times Square District, this 52-story, 1.6 million square foot tower houses the newspaper's corporate offices, ground level retail space, the lobby garden and the "Times Center" auditorium. The building’s facade, a ceramic sunscreen curtainwall system, is the first of its kind to be constructed in the US.

15 Central Park West is a luxury residential development overlooking Manhattan’s Central Park. Two buildings, one 19-story and the second 43-story, are connected by a glass enclosed lobby to form a 231 unit, 886,000 square foot complex encompassing an entire city block. Amenities include a "motor court," fitness center, indoor swimming pool, screening room and landscaped roof area.

Chelsea Enclave is a luxury residential building located in a landmark district on Manhattan’s West Side. Adjoining the General Theological Seminary, this 7-story structure contains 53 residential units and overlooks a private interior park known as “The Close.” Amenities include a landscaped roof lounge, fitness center and on-site parking.

Located at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in Jamaica, NY, "T5" is a 26 gate, 640,000 square foot terminal and parking facility. The new structure encircles the 1962 Eero Saarinen designed Trans World Flight Center, a designated historic landmark, which will be renovated and incorporated as an entrance pavilion to the building complex.

A former railroad facility on Manhattan’s West Side, Hudson Yards has been rezoned to create a new commercial and residential district adjacent to midtown New York. Approximately 25 million square feet of office, retail and hotel development is planned along with thousands of housing units, parks and other public amenities. In addition, the No. 7 subway line extension is currently underway which will provide a connection to the city’s other transportation hubs.
