Harborside URL™ (Urban Ready Living)

Mack-Cali and Ironstate Development formed a joint venture to develop Harborside URL™ (Urban Ready Living) – luxury multi-family rental towers at Harborside Financial Center on the Jersey City Waterfront. Phase one of the project will consist of a 69-story tower with 766 apartment units built on a parking pedestal.

The project features a contemporary design, on-site amenities, breathtaking views, and ideal transportation access. Of the total units, 25 percent will be comprised of approximately 470-square-foot studio units, with some smaller micro studios, 59 percent one-bedroom units at approximately 630 square feet each, and 16 percent two-bedroom units at approximately 870 square feet each.

It is anticipated that the first phase will be ready for occupancy by approximately the second quarter of 2015.
