The building is a thirty-eight story mixed-use complex located in Hell’s Kitchen, bordering the Time’s Square Theatre District. The project consists of a multiple of volumes that house a 375 room hotel, 35 units of condominiums, and amenities that include bar, lounge, meeting rooms, swimming pool and an automated parking garage system. Also incorporated into the program are market-rate apartments, rent subsidized apartments, retail space and restaurants. The complexity of the program is reflected in the buildings overall massing where each volume becomes a different container for its program and the ensemble creates space for terraces, swimming pools and dining areas.
