South Tower
It all starts with the South Office Tower as construction at Hudson Yards began in the Fall of 2012.
Located at 10th Avenue and West 30th Street, this 52-story tower features a signature design by KPF. The South Tower is anchored by luxury leather goods brand Coach, Inc. and is visible from the High Line.

The South Tower’s relationship with the High Line and proximity to Culture Shed gives the building a unique and visible presence in Chelsea. The introduction of smaller scale elements at the base of the building’s design, such as stone collonades and a dramatic atrium, relate to the vibrant activity in nearby public spaces.
